Bradly Mac Donald has had the wonderful opportunity of learning from some of the worlds best Doctors like; Marc Lehrer Ph.D. Norman Katz Ph.D. Maggie Phillips Ph.D. and others in the field of psychotherapy and Psychology.
This combined with the teachings of Traditional Spiritual Elders and Chiefs has afforded Bradly Mac Donald the wisdom handed down in the oral tradition of great sages and spiritual people like; Grandfather Wallace Black Elk, Rev. Abraham Akaka, Grandfather Stanley Looking Horse and many others.
Set the ground work for what is known today as the Spirits Rising Technique of assisting clients with post traumatic dissociation brought on by the loss of Original Self.
Bradly Mac Donald known as “Dreamwalker” or Wapikat Takwanaw has dealt with many people from all walks of life that suffer from original loss without ever knowing what caused the cycle.
Many clients seek clinical help with flashbacks, lapses of memory that clearly suggest trauma or dissociative disorders and many other symptoms such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, panic, and hidden in each complex of problems like a ball of yarn there are the signs that they have traumatic dissociation at their base.
Now on a positive note:
Hypnotherapy is thoroughly invigorating and a pleasant experience and any misconceptions are easily dispelled by the therapist in the first few minutes of the consultation. Hypnotherapy is about creating a positive change within the client’s view of life. Hypnosis can also be used to enhance careers, improve academic performance, cure addictions, build self-esteem.
We believe that hypnosis will be optimally effective when the client is highly motivated to overcome a problem and when the hypnotherapist is well trained in both hypnosis and in general considerations relating to the treatment of the particular problem. Some individuals seem to have higher native hypnotic talent and capacity that may allow them to benefit more readily from hypnosis.
It is important to keep in mind that hypnosis is like any other therapeutic modality: it is of major benefit to some clients with some problems, and it is helpful with many other clients, but it can fail, just like any other clinical method. For this reason, we emphasize that we are not "hypnotists", but health care professionals who use hypnotherapy along with other tools of our professions.
